Viswa Mandalapu
CEO & President
Viswa Mandalapu is the chief executive officer and founder of Vision Systems
Group, Inc. Viswa started off Vision with a simple Vision – to build an
organization on a foundation of Values and drive results by
aggressively pursuing opportunities to enhance company value. And
finally, make it happen.
Viswa has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology
Services industry. Prior to founding Vision Systems Group, Inc, Mr.
Mandalapu has worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, Prudential Insurance
Company & Vitech Systems. Through the years, Mr. Mandalapu has
received many honors and accolades, which he believes are recognitions
for each person who has contributed to Vision. Some of the recent key
accolades are: Finalist of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year,
Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 etc.
Viswa has received Master of Science degree in Computer Science from
The City University of New York, New York.

Chandra Mandalapu
Sr. Vice President, Global IT Infrastructure
Chandra is a Senior Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure at
Vision Systems Group, Inc. He is highly technically driven with strong
commercial awareness in the infrastructure and security domain. He has
successfully re-designed and upgraded network connectivity between the US data center and a rapidly growing India
office by implementing a secure VPN (virtual private network) over a
high-speed DSL circuit. This enabled much better user access to
Internal ERP system and e-mail systems and also provided IT ability to
deliver support to global clients.
Chandra has over 12 years experience in IT & ITES services, Voice,
Telephony & Network platform development, operations and product
marketing. Chandra also has additional responsibilities for Systems
Integration, Infrastructure Management and Independent Validation
Services world wide and led a team of over 250 global employees spread
in 10 development centers. During his 8 year tenure at Vision, Chandra
was part of the Management Council and responsible for leading several
of the corporate strategic IT initiatives.
Chandra has earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Osmania University, India.

Aveen Gudapati
Sr. Vice President
Aveena is a Senior Vice President of M & A at Vision Systems Group,
Inc.
He has more than 15 years experience in various roles in the
Information Technology and Education industries, in India, South East Asia,
and the US. In the past he has worked with Georgetown University,
Satyam Infoway (Nasdaq-SIFY), Sylvan Learning Systems Inc/ Laureate Education
Inc (Nasdaq – EEEE/LAUR). In the most recent role he was handling
business development for Laureate in the Eastern European, Middle East, India
and South East Asia markets, primarily focused on acquisitions and greenfield
operations. He also has extensive consulting and training experience
with several global companies such as Infosys, Oracle, Satyam, BAT, Singapore
Telecom etc.
Aveena is an engineering graduate with a Masters in Philosophy from Osmania University,
Hyderabad.
He is also a graduate of Columbia
Business School, New York.

Shannon Schaivo
Sr Manager, Finance
Shannon Schiavo is a Senior Manager, Finance at Vision Systems Group,
Inc. Ms. Schiavo has over 7 years of extensive experience working in
Finance & Accounting.
She has been providing a leadership role within the finance function
for over 7 years in Vision. She has been managing the development and
effective use of metrics driving gross savings. She has developed
internal and external relationships to ensure maintenance and delivery
of financial reports and information. She today immensely contributes
to the tactical and strategic direction of the financial reporting
function.
She holds Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Devry University, New Jersey.

Mohammed Wahab
Head -Delivery Operations, India
Mohammed Wahab serves as the Head of Delivery Operations – India
at Vision Systems Group. Based out of Hyderabad, India.
Wahab’s key responsibilities are to head overall delivery operations.
Wahab also oversees all sales, marketing, distribution strategies and operations
of India Offshore centre - including the company’s extensive Business
Partner network across the region. Wahab joined Vision Systems in 2005
as Sr. Manager, India Sales and was promoted as the Head, Delivery
Operations in 2006.
Wahab is a dynamic leader with 20+ years experience and a proven track record.
Wahab, has been leading India’s domestic sales organization and driving
the long-term success of VisionWORX solutions in the marketplace. Prior
to Vision, Wahab held senior sales management positions with Eureka
Forbes, Indotronix and Exponentia InfoSystems.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania Unversity, India.
